Stocks Making Significant Moves Premarket: Biogen, Vertiv, GE HealthCare, Generac, and More

Biogen's shares rose 0.7% after exceeding Wall Street's revenue and earnings expectations, along with an increase in its full-year adjusted EPS guidance. In contrast, Vertiv's stock fell 13% despite beating earnings and revenue estimates, as its organic revenue growth of 17.8% fell short of the 23.6% consensus.

Generac's shares surged 5.5% after reporting adjusted earnings of $2.91 per share, significantly above the $2.01 forecast, while reaffirming its revenue growth guidance. CoStar's stock tumbled 15% after its revenue fell short of expectations, forecasting lower current-quarter revenue than analysts anticipated. Rocky Brands surged 16% after reporting earnings that more than tripled year-over-year, aided by strong brand growth and tariff refunds.

PPG Industries dropped around 1% after missing earnings and adjusted EBITDA estimates but reaffirmed its full-year guidance. KLA Corp slid 7% after issuing disappointing guidance, while Seagate Technology's shares rose 6% on an optimistic outlook that exceeded analyst expectations. Manhattan Associates climbed 11% after surpassing earnings and revenue estimates and raising its full-year forecasts.

Visa's stock lost 2% after its guidance for fiscal 2026 underwhelmed investors, alongside a planned reduction of about 2,600 jobs. Teradyne surged 9% after reporting strong second-quarter results and optimistic forecasts, while NXP Semiconductors lost 1.7% despite meeting gross margin expectations.
