The J.D. Power annual North America Airport Satisfaction Study reveals that overall satisfaction among travelers has increased for the third consecutive year, with more than 24,000 respondents contributing to the findings. This year, airports have received higher ratings largely due to the opening of new gates and terminals that enhance the travel experience.
Notably, Minneapolis-Saint Paul International Airport topped the rankings among the largest airports, while Tampa International and Charleston International were recognized as the best in their respective categories.
