Analysts Jefferies upgraded Arhaus (ARHS) to Buy and raised target price to $10 (upside +28%)

Arhaus is positioned for a potential recovery as Jefferies upgraded its stock rating from hold to buy, raising the price target from $9.50 to $10, indicating a 28% upside from its recent closing price.

Analyst Jonathan Matuszewski highlighted the company's efforts to enhance brand awareness through expanded catalog circulation and digital marketing, which have already resulted in a doubling of website traffic year-over-year. Despite a nearly 31% decline in shares year-to-date due to macroeconomic pressures, there are signs of improvement.

Matuszewski estimates that the new catalog initiative could contribute an additional 75-200 basis points to comparable sales in 2027. Furthermore, Arhaus is exploring a business-to-business strategy that could provide an incremental annual comp tailwind of 150-200 basis points, enhancing its growth prospects.

This positive outlook contrasts with the broader consensus on Wall Street, where seven out of 15 analysts recommend buying the stock, while eight suggest holding it. Following the upgrade, Arhaus shares experienced a more than 6% increase
