Analysts Deutsche Bank upgraded CrowdStrike Holdings (CRWD) to Buy and raised target price to $300, expecting 20% upside

CrowdStrike Holdings has seen its stock price more than double this year, with a 114% increase year-to-date.

Deutsche Bank analyst Brad Zelnick believes that the demand for cybersecurity solutions will surge as artificial intelligence evolves, prompting the bank to upgrade the stock from hold to buy and increase its price target from $240 to $300, suggesting a 20% upside from its recent closing price.

Zelnick emphasized that investors may not fully grasp the extent of AI's impact on the cybersecurity market and highlighted CrowdStrike's leadership position. The company has also strengthened its partnership with Nvidia to develop real-time AI security agents for data centers and cloud infrastructure.

Zelnick anticipates that CrowdStrike's total addressable market, estimated at $565 billion by 2034, could be conservative due to increasing cyber threats associated with AI advancements. This positive outlook aligns with the broader consensus on Wall Street, where 40 out of 55 analysts recommend buying or strongly buying CrowdStrike shares
