Revolve has announced a strategic partnership with Donatella Versace to establish a new beauty and fashion business focused on young consumers. Versace, who has nearly three decades of experience leading the luxury fashion house Versace, will act as the chief creative officer for this venture.
Although the name and launch date of the new brand have yet to be revealed, further details are anticipated in the coming months. Mike Karanikolas, co-founder and co-CEO of Revolve Group, emphasized the potential of combining Versace's creative vision with Revolve's technological capabilities and global reach to create a unique offering.
This partnership follows Revolve's recent collaborations with other celebrities, including Cardi B and Sofia Richie Grainge, and comes on the heels of the company reporting a 12% year-over-year increase in net sales, totaling $347 million.
Revolve's ongoing focus on a digital-first strategy and in-person events aims to attract and retain young shoppers, making this partnership a timely move to enhance its market position
