Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent previously labeled this practice as 'theft' and hinted at potential sanctions against foreign companies that engage in it. Huang emphasized that while he would prefer companies not to reverse-engineer Nvidia's products, he believes competition ultimately drives innovation and improvement.
