On Monday, David Ellison and Ynon Kreiz revealed the executives who will lead the merged Paramount Skydance and Warner Bros. Discovery following the completion of their merger.

This leadership team includes key figures from both companies, such as Bari Weiss and Mark Thompson, who will oversee the news divisions, and Casey Bloys, who will manage the direct-to-consumer division, including HBO Max and Paramount+. George Cheeks and JB Perrette will co-chair the TV and streaming divisions, respectively.

Andy Gordon will take on the role of president, while Dennis Cinelli remains CFO. Ellison emphasized the team's experience in building successful franchises and their commitment to storytelling. The merger, valued at around $110 billion, was initially announced in February and is set to finalize after resolving a lawsuit from state attorneys general last month
