Apple has experienced significant growth in its latest fiscal year, reporting a revenue of $478 billion, a 15% increase year over year, and a nearly 27% rise in its stock price in 2026, driven by strong demand for the iPhone 17. However, Daiwa Capital Markets analyst Louis Miscioscia cautions that the company's growth may face challenges in 2027 due to rising memory costs and supply chain issues.
While the firm maintains an outperform rating on Apple, the new price target of $375 indicates only a 9% upside from the current stock price. Miscioscia noted that Apple has not achieved back-to-back years of double-digit growth since fiscal year 2015, and the upcoming quarters may be more difficult due to tougher comparisons and increased costs.
Despite these concerns, 25 out of 43 analysts covering Apple still have a buy or strong buy rating, reflecting a generally positive outlook among market experts
