SpaceX has recently seen a stock price pullback to around $154, approximately 32% below its 52-week high of $225.64, prompting further investment in the company. The firm, founded by Elon Musk, is diversifying beyond its core rocket launch business, with Starlink emerging as a key source of recurring revenue.

In the second quarter, revenue from SpaceX's connectivity segment surged by 66% year over year, and its subscriber base more than doubled. The company is also expanding into wireless communications, having announced an $8 billion deal to acquire wireless spectrum licenses, which could allow Starlink to connect directly with mobile devices.

Additionally, SpaceX's AI business generated $2.56 billion in revenue in the second quarter, marking a 247% increase year over year, with $14.1 billion in contracted AI cloud sales.

Despite concerns about high capital expenditures, which reached approximately $28.5 billion in the first half of 2026 against $3.5 billion in operating cash flow, the overall outlook remains positive as SpaceX positions itself for future growth in space-based technologies.

Kevin Simpson, founder and CEO of Capital Wealth Planning, emphasizes that the company is entering an exciting new phase of growth, driven by its innovative strategies in both wireless communications and AI
