On Monday morning, a man described as an anti-ICE activist was taken into custody after he set off fireworks and brandished two airsoft rifles outside the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement field office located at 26 Federal Plaza in lower Manhattan.
According to law enforcement sources, two individuals sustained injuries and received treatment at the scene, while another person was being evaluated. The FBI confirmed that an incendiary device was involved in the incident and stated that their New York Joint Terrorism Task Force is currently investigating.
