Stocks Making Significant Pre-Market Moves: Roivant Sciences Rallies 24%, Lockheed Martin Upgraded by UBS, Novartis Falls 12%, Peloton Downgraded by Morgan Stanley

Roivant Sciences' shares increased by 24% after the company announced that its Phase 2 trial for the drug mosliciguat, developed by its subsidiary Pulmovant, showed a statistically significant reduction in pulmonary vascular resistance in patients suffering from pulmonary hypertension associated with interstitial lung disease.

In contrast, Lockheed Martin's stock rose 0.7% following an upgrade from UBS, which highlighted the company's overlooked earnings growth potential. Novartis, however, saw a significant decline of 12% after its Phase 3 trial results for the del-desiran drug indicated no significant improvement for patients with myotonic dystrophy type 1.

Peloton Interactive's shares fell over 4% after Morgan Stanley downgraded the stock to underweight, citing ongoing structural challenges in the fitness sector. Additionally, Boston Scientific's stock dropped more than 2% as the company reported that a recent cyberattack is likely to affect its sales and profit forecasts for 2026
