Analysts expect Nvidia (NVDA) to benefit from SpaceX’s endorsement of its AI infrastructure

On Wednesday, the S&P 500 and Dow Jones Industrial Average reached intraday record highs, driven by strong corporate earnings and optimism regarding the reopening of the Strait of Hormuz. Oil prices fell as the U.S., Iran, and Oman discussed managing ship traffic in the region, which Jim Cramer noted could be a catalyst for the market.

Nvidia's stock rose nearly 4% following Elon Musk's announcement that SpaceX will build its AI infrastructure exclusively on Nvidia, reinforcing the company's leadership in AI technology. Cramer expressed confidence in Nvidia's future, calling Musk a visionary. Additionally, Cramer pointed out that Honeywell Aerospace, recently spun off, is undervalued despite facing supply chain challenges.

He believes the market has not fully recognized the quality of Honeywell's aerospace business, as its shares have declined about 1% since the spin-off, underperforming the S&P 500's 4% gain. The discussion also included other stocks like Disney, Uber, CVS, Elanco, and Arista Networks, with Cramer emphasizing the importance of evaluating stocks based on their individual merits
