Armani CEO Giuseppe Marsocci Open to Multiple Investors for 15% Stake Sale

Giuseppe Marsocci, the CEO of Armani, announced that the company is open to splitting the 15% stake sale among multiple investors, contrary to the assumption that it would be sold to a single entity. This stake is part of Giorgio Armani's will, which mandates the sale to occur within 12 to 18 months following his death last September.

The will specifically mentions LVMH, L'Oreal, and EssilorLuxottica as preferred buyers, but Marsocci emphasized that no decisions have been finalized and that discussions are ongoing. The Financial Times reported that meetings with these potential investors are expected soon, with the possibility of them sharing the stake.

Additionally, Marsocci highlighted the appointment of Dario Vitale as the new creative director for Emporio Armani and accessories, aiming to blend the founder's legacy with future growth opportunities, particularly in the accessories segment
