Stocks Decline After Hours: Hims & Hers Health, Webtoon Entertainment, and Gitlab Report Disappointing Earnings Guidance

After hours trading saw significant movements in several companies. Hims & Hers Health experienced a decline of over 6% as it projected adjusted EBITDA for the current quarter between $35 million and $55 million, falling short of the $70 million expected by analysts.

Aecom, on the other hand, saw its shares rise by 2% after raising its full-year adjusted earnings guidance to between $5.90 and $6.10 per share, surpassing previous estimates. Archer Aviation's stock increased by 2%, reporting $1.8 billion in liquidity at the end of its first quarter, although its revenue of $1.6 million was below the $1.7 million consensus.

Webtoon Entertainment's shares plummeted 15% after it guided for second-quarter revenue between $332 million and $342 million, missing the $348 million forecast, and its adjusted EBITDA forecast also fell short of expectations.

Cleanspark's shares dropped nearly 5% as it reported second-quarter losses of $1.52 per share, significantly wider than the anticipated loss of 56 cents, with revenue also missing estimates. Mara Holdings, another crypto miner, lost 5% after reporting a first-quarter loss of $3.31 per share, larger than the expected loss, and revenue that fell short of estimates.

AST SpaceMobile's stock fell close to 9% despite reaffirming its full-year revenue outlook of $150 million to $200 million, which aligns with the consensus estimate.

Gitlab's shares decreased by 8% following CEO Bill Staples' announcement of a restructuring plan that includes workforce reductions and a shift towards agentic AI, although specific details on job cuts and financial impacts were not disclosed.
